Design a one-day leadership team offsite that goes beyond what we typically achieve in our boring team meetings.

OUR PROCESS

We got the team truly offsite, by securing a loft in downtown Toronto. The venue alone sparked new energy and inspired the team to think differently. The design was built upon our core innovation behaviors and the six key elements needed for a successful “offsite” including Alignment, Clarity, Collaboration, Energy, Inspiration, and Output.

RESULTS

The team created operating standards and a roadmap to innovation. They outlined what was working and not - all centered on six core Ignitor innovation behaviors.

Additionally, we launched a series of personal brand coaching for the senior director who after six months, was promoted to vice president.
