Ignite the Corporate Finance , Brand Finance and Operations Finance teams pioneering the NCLH people-first ambition to accelerate collaboration and great culture. Deliver new behaviors, mindset mastery, key tactics and supporting priorities and tools that deepen relationships and create a winning culture.

RESULTS

During this workshop, the highly-engaged team members created clarity and alignment on their identity and culture, including what’s working and what’s not working. Together, they created and aligned on team Standards, Behaviors, Priorities and Mindsets, driving improved cross-functional collaboration striving towards NCLH becoming one of the best places to work in the world! This success of this Ignitor Culture Workshop led to an NCLH senior leadership Ignitor Culture Workshop and subsequent NCLH Culture Journey.
