OUR PROCESS

Leveraging The Coca-Cola Company’s core values and the Ignitor behaviors and mindsets, the workshop led participants on a journey to create structure, alignment, and clarity across core culture building blocks including Identity, Purpose, Mission & Values, Standards & Cadence, Growth Mindset, Culture Activation Behaviors, and Key Priorities.

RESULTS

The output of the session fast tracked the organization, responsible for more than 900 Coca-Cola FoodService customers across the eastern United States, operationally and built a strong belief in the team mission, ability to deliver the key priorities and achieve the annual plan.
