OUR PROCESS

Developed internal agency and boutique Ignitor concept (which was trademarked by the Company) and launched an “Innovation Champions” model driven by cross-functional influencers across the global system.

RESULTS

300+ Ignitor Champions trained in more than 40 countries. Created over $500 Million in innovation NPV and improved idea success rate by 25%, including Open Happiness® and Freestyle®. The Coca-Cola Company stock price increased by more than 50% during this revitalization timeframe. The Ignitor approach and intellectual property were added to “The Coca-Cola Way of Marketing” leading Ignitor to solve interesting challenges for global customers including McDonald’s, Nando’s, Yum Brands, Subway, and Burger King.
